If a VCR is connected to the television, make sure the VCR is not on.
Check behind the television and VCR for loose connections with cables.
If you have multiple televisions, check the other televisions in the house to confirm whether or not the problem is isolated.
If the problem persists on all televisions, check the connections for damages.
If loss of power occurs and you cannot receive channels above thirteen, please check menu to make sure the television is set to CABLE and select AUTO PROGRAM to restore all channels.
